A mutual fund is a financial institution that invests financial resources received from investors in various portfolios of securities. These funds allow investors to invest in a diverse set of securities with their small capital and minimize the risk of their transactions.
In fact, the professional managers of these funds, on behalf of the fund’s investors, with the knowledge and experience they have in the field of investment, form a diverse portfolio of all types of securities and try to create the highest return for the mutual fund and reduce risk. Reduce transactions. Today, mutual funds are one of the most attractive investment tools.
In this section, we describe the most important common terms in investment funds:
In the stock market, the trading volume is calculated based on the number of shares bought and sold. While in investment funds, the volume of transactions is based on the purchase and sale of investment units. For example, if the price of each unit of the fund is equal to 10,000 Tomans, you must pay 1000,000 Tomans to the fund to buy 100 units.
When the investor intends to buy the investment units of the fund, he must submit a request for unit issuance to the fund manager. Then, by presenting other documents and paying the money, the fund manager issues the unit to the investor. In fact, in investment funds, the concept of buying and issuing are placed together.
When the investor intends to sell the investment units of the fund, he must submit the unit cancellation request to the fund manager, so that the fund manager, after receiving the necessary forms and documents, cancels the unit and deposits the funds related to the cancellation of the units to the investor’s account. slow In other words, in investment funds, the concept of cancellation and sale are placed together.
To calculate the mutual fund’s net asset value, you must subtract the fund’s liabilities from its assets and divide by the number of fund units. This amount is not fixed and will change on a daily basis by changing any of the parameters of fund units, fund liabilities and fund assets. In stock trading, the buying and selling criterion is the stock’s daily price, while in investment funds, the basis of trading is the fund’s NAV.
Before forming the fund and in order to collect financial resources, those who intend to invest in the fund can complete the subscription forms and submit them to the fund manager along with other documents. In this case, through subscription, they bought each unit of the fund at its nominal price and invested in the fund. It should be noted that after forming the fund, you should buy each unit of it at the daily price, which is determined based on the value of the fund’s assets.
For the formation of any joint investment fund, the articles of association are defined, which help to improve the performance of the fund by providing executive and supervisory conditions. These elements are:
The fund assembly is the most important pillar of the fund and becomes official when the holders of at least half plus one premium investment unit who have the right to vote attend it. The fund assembly is responsible for appointing the manager, trustee, guarantor and auditor. Also, he is obliged to introduce these elements to the stock exchange organization for approval.
The fund manager is actually the executive pillar of the fund who has expertise in the capital market and must provide all the anticipated reports and obtained information to the custodian, auditor and stock exchange organization. Also, it should inform the public about the information mentioned in the notification section of the statute through the fund’s website. The fund manager introduces a group of at least three people under the title of investment managers to make the necessary investment decisions on his behalf.
The trustee of the fund is elected by the fund’s assembly and is known as the fund’s supervisory body. The identity of the trustee can be seen in the prospectus and website of each fund. One of the most important duties of the fund trustee is to introduce the auditor to the fund assembly, monitor the performance of the manager and guarantor, and approve the bank accounts opened by the manager. The custodian also follows up on any lawsuit filed by the investors against the fund.
The guarantor of the fund is also chosen by the assembly and introduced to the public through a letter of hope. The issue of guarantee in the fund is raised when there is not enough cash available for payment in case of cancellation of fund units. The presence of a guarantor in investment funds is optional, and today, due to the low probability of liquidity problems and the costs imposed on investors due to the appointment of a guarantor, there is no liquidity guarantor.
Among the other supervisory elements of the fund is the auditor, who is introduced by the trustee and among the auditor institutions that are approved by the stock exchange organization. The time period of the auditor’s mission is determined by the fund’s assembly, and after that, he will be required to assume and perform the responsibilities listed in the statute.
In order to carry out activities related to the purchase and sale of securities, fund managers seek help from brokers who are approved by the Securities and Exchange Organization, who, in addition to their usual duties, must also perform the duties assigned to them in the statutes.
The activity of investment funds began in 1882, at the same time as the establishment of the first investment company by “William I”. But the first investment fund that started its activity in the form of today’s investment funds was established in 1924 in Boston, America. The performance of these funds has been quite successful since then and their number has always been on the rise.
Today, more than 80 million people in America have invested in these funds, and many people prefer investing in mutual funds to investing directly in the stock market. Iran is no exception to this rule. The history of investment funds in Iran also goes back to the end of 2006, when at this point in time, 7 investment funds subscribed to start their activities from April and May of 2016.
Based on the studies, the performance of investment funds is affected by 6 factors, which are:
The above-mentioned items have an effect on the yield of the fund; Therefore, if you intend to invest in investment funds, you should compare the funds available in the market based on the above criteria in order to make the best choice in terms of yield.
The following are the most important features of mutual funds:
People who are not familiar with the stock market can buy mutual fund units. In this case, the companies purchased by the fund are known as the owners of the shares; Therefore, each of them shares in the profits and losses resulting from price fluctuations of the securities in the fund’s portfolios in proportion to their share of the fund.
If you are planning to enter the stock market and your capital is low, it is definitely not profitable for you to pay for hiring experts or using analytical software for higher returns. But by investing in mutual fund, you can benefit from these benefits and facilities with minimum cost. On the other hand, by collecting small capitals, fund managers can provide extensive financial resources for investing in a diverse set of securities, and by reducing the risk of transactions, create the highest returns for fund investors.
The structure of investment funds is such that the interests of fund members and managers are directly related to the growth of the value of the fund’s assets. This makes fund managers more motivated to form the best investment portfolio and try to increase the value of fund assets.
To compare the performance of mutual funds, we suggest the following methods:
1. Check the volatility of mutual funds with the help of NAV charts. A chart with an upward trend and less fluctuations is desirable.
2. Check the fund’s asset mix. The more diversified the fund’s assets, the lower the investment risk.
3. Get help from financial advisors; Because these people are able to analyze the risk and return of funds.

Mutual fund fees and expenses
In general, mutual fund fees and expenses can be defined in the following three formats:
It is the expenses that are paid as fees to the executive and supervisory bodies of investment funds. These expenses are paid directly from the fund’s assets.
These are expenses that are paid from the fund’s assets periodically and include the following:
These are costs that depend on the time and amount of issuance and cancellation of fund units. Unlike the above, these costs are directly imposed on the investor, who can minimize this cost by choosing the right investment method (preventing issuance and emotional cancellations).
Mutual investment funds are monitored in two ways:
The internal supervision that is the responsibility of the fund manager and the most important of them include the following:
External supervision, which is the responsibility of the Securities and Exchange Organization, is carried out in the following two ways:
The profit of mutual funds is obtained in the following three ways:
1. Mutual funds usually distribute the profits from the purchase and sale of stocks or the interest earned from the bonds among the investors annually.
2. As the value of stocks or other securities in the fund increases, the net value of the fund’s assets increases, and investors can sell their assets at a higher profit. Usually, funds allow investors to increase the amount of their assets in the fund instead of receiving interest.
3. Sometimes, investment funds earn a profit by selling securities whose price has increased, and most of the funds divide this profit among investors.
The profit of mutual investment funds depends on the annual dividends, the change in the total value of the fund’s assets and the cost of the initial investment.
To invest in investment funds, you must first see the list of funds along with their address and contact information by visiting reliable sites. After choosing the desired fund, you must complete the necessary forms and documents online or in person and submit them to the fund manager.
After you request to issue the unit and pay the money, the fund manager is obliged to issue the investment units to you after confirming the documents. Please note that if you invest in funds before they start operating, you buy each unit through subscription and at a nominal price. On the other hand, if you issue a request to issue a unit after the start of the fund’s activity, you must buy each fund unit at the daily price, which depends on the value of the fund’s assets on the day.

Therefore, the amount of supply and demand and the conditions of the stock market affect the price of the units of these funds. On the other hand, buying and selling units of these funds in the market helps their liquidity until the guarantor element is removed from these funds and a new element called the market operator provides liquidity in these funds.

Investment fund managers are completely professional and are experts in the capital market. They are fully familiar with the software available in the market, and this makes them the best asset portfolio for the fund. Investment funds, according to the financial resources at their disposal, are able to hire such managers to bring the most returns to the fund investors.
One of the most important features of any investment is liquidity. Due to the existence of a guarantor in investment funds, the risk of liquidity is reduced and the investor can request the cancellation of any number of units of his investment fund at any time he decides, and after deducting the costs, he can redeem his capital according to the day’s price. To receive the net value of the fund’s assets in cash.

The most important disadvantages of investment funds are:
The professional management of the mutual fund, while it is considered as one of the advantages of the fund, is also considered as one of its disadvantages. Because it may sometimes take decisions for its own interests that do not contribute to the return of investors.
Suppose that one of the assets of the asset portfolio purchased by the fund has created a high profit for the fund, but due to high diversification, it only forms a small part of the fund’s portfolio; This makes the yield of the fund not change much.
A mutual fund collects micro capital from investors and with the help of the large capital obtained, it takes advantage of the benefits of a larger scale investment. In fact, the fund manager, on behalf of the investors, invests the collected capital in a variety of securities to bring them more returns with less risk.
The powers of the joint investment fund are limited to the framework of the trust letter and the fund’s statutes, and the fund managers must manage the investment based on the assigned powers.
Mutual fund units can be traded only at the end of the trading day and after calculating the NAV. While ETF units are bought and sold during the trading day, similar to stocks. Therefore, the liquidity of ETF is more than investment funds. Another advantage of ETFs is the tax exemption of investing in these types of funds.

If you are interested in low risk transactions, fixed income fund is the best option for your investment. Apart from the issue of knowing which stock or currency is suitable for buying and selling and when to enter the transaction, there are many basic terms and concepts that without knowing them, it will be difficult to even read the trading board of a symbol. Many of us do not know what the numbers and figures that we see on the trading board of a symbol or our broker’s trading page mean, and about terms such as stock float, stock closing price, first price, last trade price, allowed price range, etc. We do not have a complete
In this article, we are going to review the types of prices and learn about their key points that will help in making transactions.
The price of stock symbols shows the status of that share during different periods in the capital market. This price is floating and decreases or increases based on the supply and demand for the share.
Analysts and investors of the capital market follow and examine these price changes in different time frames using different software or the trading board of the stock market in order to guess its next movement in the future based on the past behavior of the price.

In general, there are 8 prices in the trading board of each symbol, which are:
The price at which the first trade of the trading day is made.
The price at which the last transaction of the trading day is done.
The weighted average of the prices at which the share was traded during a trading day.
The closing price of the share is on the previous trading day.
The minimum and maximum price at which the share can be traded on the current trading day is called the allowable price and the range of the allowed price fluctuation for the share.
The lowest and highest price at which the share was traded on the current trading day makes up a range called the daily range.
(We call the lowest price Low price and the highest price High price).
It shows the amount of price fluctuation of a share during the current trading week and consists of the minimum and maximum price at which the share is traded in a week.
It shows the amount of price fluctuation of a share during a year and consists of the minimum and maximum price at which the share is traded in a recent year.
The meaning of the last transaction price (Close price) is the price at which the share was traded for the last time in a trading day. Normally, this price is variable due to the high volatility of the market. Therefore, for the price of a share, the closing price is used, and nevertheless, the price of the last transaction is of great importance. For example, if a person intends to place an order for a share and wants his registered order to be completed more quickly and more likely, he should pay attention to the price of the last transaction and consider the price of the order as a price close to it.
Each stock in each trading day may be traded thousands of times in its allowed range and experience different prices until finally, a daily candle is formed. This candle consists of the following four prices:
The first price (Open price)
Last price (Close price)
The highest price
The lowest price (Low price)
Now the question is, which price should we consider as the price of the share among the multitude of prices at which the share is traded?
This price is the final price, which is the basis for calculating and determining the origin of price changes and the permissible price range for the next day. For example, suppose that the closing price of a share in the trading board is 4000 Tomans. In such a case, if the allowed price fluctuation range is between negative 5% and positive 5%, this share can fluctuate between the prices of 3800 Tomans and 4200 Tomans during the future trading day. This specified interval is not certain, and it is possible that a share may be traded only at its price ceiling of 4,200 Tomans during a day and a buying queue will be created, or it may be traded at a price between its price ceiling and floor and never experience the ceiling and floor prices. .
To check how to calculate the final price of a share, it is first necessary to know what the base volume of the share is. The number of shares of a company that must be bought and sold during a trading day so that the share is allowed to experience an increase or decrease in price based on the ceiling of its fluctuation range on the next day, is called the base volume. This volume is equal to 0.0004 shares of a company in the first and second markets of the stock exchange and the base market of the over-the-counter market. To see this value, you don’t need to calculate because it is calculated by the stock exchange organization and found on the site, easily and by searching the name of the desired symbol, you can see the base volume of the share.
The closing price of a trading symbol in the Iranian Stock Exchange is actually the weighted average of the prices at which the share was bought and sold during a trading day. To get the closing price of a stock symbol, simply multiply the price of each transaction by the number of shares traded at that price. Get the total of these values and finally, divide the total by the total number of shares traded during that day.

Of course, it should be noted that this value obtained is correct in the case that the base volume of the trading symbol is filled, that is, the volume of transactions is greater than or equal to the base volume. Otherwise, these calculations are done in another way, which we will talk about in detail regarding the calculation of the final price according to the base volume of the share.
For example, suppose you want to find the closing price of a stock whose daily basis volume has been filled. If the final price of the share is 4000 Tomans, assuming that the share can fluctuate from negative 5% to positive 5% of this price, the allowed price range for the share’s fluctuation will be (3800 to 4200). If 5000 shares of this symbol are traded at the price of 3900 Tomans, 7500 shares at the price of 4200 Tomans, 1500 shares at the price of 4080 Tomans, 3700 shares at the price of 4150 Tomans and 1000 shares at the price of 4050 Tomans.
First, we multiply the price of each transaction by the number of shares traded at that price and add the result:
19500000 = 39000 × 5000
3150000 = 4200 x 7500
6120000 = 4080 x 1500
15355000 = 4150 × 3700
405000 = 4050 x 1000
76525000 = 4050000 + 15355000 + 6120000 + 3150000 + 19500000 = total
How to calculate the opening price of shares on the next trading day (the closing price of the share on the current day) using the closing price of the previous day and the base volume of the share
If the base volume of the share is not completely filled, or in other words, the volume of transactions carried out during a trading day is less than the base volume of the share.
Suppose in the previous example, the base volume of the share is 34,000 Tomans and the closing price of the share on the previous day is 4,000 Tomans. To calculate the opening price of the share on the next day (the closing price of the current day), you must do the following:
In the previous part, we obtained the weighted average of the traded share prices and the volume of transactions was 18,700 transactions in the current day.
In other words, to calculate the closing price of a share, if the weighted average of the traded prices of that share changes during the current day compared to the closing price of the previous day, and the number of traded shares (trading volume) during the day is equal or more If it is based on the volume of the share, the total amount of X Tomans is considered in determining and calculating the final price; But if the trading volume is less than the base volume and the ratio of the trading volume to the base volume is less than one, then X Tomans will be added to the previous day’s closing price.

Several factors affect the calculation and determination of the final price of shares, among them, we can mention the volume of transactions carried out in a trading day, the volume of the share basis, the increase of the company’s capital, the provision of pre-emptive shares for shareholders and other cases, which in this article, two We examine the most important influencing factors separately.
As mentioned earlier, the closing price of a share includes all the prices that have been achieved during a trading day and within the allowed range of fluctuation of the share in question. Each of the prices at which the share is traded has a specific volume, and all these trading volumes, which were mentioned in the formula for calculating the final price, will be used and effective in determining the final price of the share.
The base volume is one of the factors that is included in the calculation of the closing price of the share so that all the allowed changes in one trading day are taken into account to determine the opening price of the shares on the next day. This volume has an important relationship with the final price of the share and its determination, and its existence causes that the final price does not change much if the volume of daily transactions is low. For example, if a stock faces a buying or selling queue during a trading day and the trading volume of that day is very small compared to the base volume of the stock, the closing price of the stock will not change much.
This issue is very helpful in negative market days and reduces the continuous decline of the share price and the locking of its selling queue. At the same time, it will cause that the shares in the sales queue will be exchanged with a suitable volume and with the entry of new shareholders, the strength and intensity of the price decline will be reduced, and if the transaction does not take place, the brake on the price decline will be pulled. On the other hand, it can control the price and the excessive growth of small stocks in the positive aspects of the market.
Suppose, instead of the closing price, the price of the last transaction is considered as the basis for the price of the next day’s transactions. In such a case, if most of the transactions during the current day are done at the price floor and only the last transaction is done at the price ceiling, the price of the next day’s transactions will be based on the current day’s price ceiling, which is invalid. The reverse of this issue is also possible.
It means that all the transactions of the current day are done at the price ceiling and only the last transaction, whose volume is less than the rest of the day’s transactions, should be done at the price floor. In this case, the price floor is considered the basis of the next day’s trading price, and this price, which is considered as the basis, will not be valid and may have been created as a result of behind-the-scenes speculations. For this reason, in order to avoid invalidation of the base price of future trading, the closing price is the best price that can be considered as the opening price of the next day.
This phrase is a slang and common term among stock market traders. For example, let’s assume that a share had a positive fluctuation of 0.5% during most of the current trading day and was traded around this, but in the last 30 minutes of the day, the price increased and had a positive fluctuation of 5% and was traded around 5%. . On the other hand, the trading volume in these 30 minutes should be approximately equal to 10% of the total trading volume of the current day. In such a case, due to the fact that the volume of a large part of the transactions was carried out in the positive fluctuation range of 0.5%, the closing price of the share will be closer to 0.5% than 5%, and I say that the closing price of the share has not been filled.
1. The price of the last transaction is the current price of a share, and in fact, it is the last price at which the share was traded until that moment of the trading day, but the closing price of a share is the average of the prices at which the share was traded during a trading day. has been
2. The price of the last trade is used to create the daily candlesticks of the stock chart; If the closing price does not play a role in the formation of candlesticks in the share chart, it is only considered as the base price of the share on the next trading day.
3. The base volume has no effect on the price of the last transaction, but it is effective in calculating the final price.
4. The price of the last transaction of a share may fluctuate a lot. For example, it fluctuates between negative 5% and positive 5% in an emotional way, but the final price changes are far from excitement and only change with the logical and reasonable growth of the trading volume, which is much slower than the changes in the price of the last transaction of the share. .
5. In a share that failed to fill its base volume, it is possible that the price of the last positive transaction will grow by 5%, but the closing price of the share will not grow. In such a situation, the shareholder who bought his share on the last trading day and at a positive 5%, did not get a profit.
6. When the base volume of the share is filled, the closing price and the price of the last transaction are equal, and in fact, these two prices grow or fall equally.

Profit and loss in financial markets will be accurate if you have sold your share, commodity, currency or in general your invested property. Therefore, in the stock market, you can calculate your definite profit or loss when you have sold the desired share; But if you plan to calculate the amount of profit or loss without selling your shares, you can do it in two ways.
The first state is when the market is open. In such a case, the price with which you calculate your profit or loss will be the price of the last transaction of the share. You intend to sell your shares at the moment; Therefore, in such a case, the final price will not have any role in determining your profit and loss.
We consider the next state when the market is closed. At this time, the price is not changing and you are not able to sell your shares and you have to wait until the next trading day. In such a case, the closing price, which is considered the basis of the next trading day’s price, is the best standard price for calculating profit or loss. Although the calculation of profit with this method is not accurate, but because the closing price is an equilibrium price for the next day’s transactions, it will be a good measure for calculating profit and loss.
To view the closing price and the price of the last transaction of a share, you must first enter the website and search for the desired symbol. In this section, you can enter the price of the last transaction, the closing price
Now that we are familiar with the closing price and the importance of using it in the stock market to determine the opening price and the next day’s fluctuation range, we want to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of using it.
Using the closing price, as a criterion and basis for calculating the fluctuation range of the future day, prevents speculators from creating false prices in the share. This price causes the growth or decline of the price of a share to happen based on the reasonable and logical process of supply and demand.
We know that traders enter the market and trade with the aim of making a profit, and if a share is in the buying queue for several days in a row and its trading volume is very low compared to the base volume, the closing price of the share, which is the basis of the day’s trading price It is a future transaction, it will not grow much.
This issue, just as it causes the share price to not grow emotionally and prevents sharp price increases and decreases, it causes a trader who entered the market with the aim of making a profit to be in a difficult situation to achieve the desired profit and the time to reach be very long to his benefit.
The last price or the price of the last transaction is the price at which the stock was traded instantly.
The closing price at the end of the trading day will be the basis of the trading price of the next day.
You can see the closing price and the price of the last transaction of a share by searching for the name of the symbol on the website or the trading panels of your brokerage.
Because the price of the last transaction fluctuates a lot most of the time and is not a valid price to refer to the share price, we use the closing price which is calculated by considering the base volume and the weighted average of all the prices traded on the trading day.
The definitive calculation of profit and loss of a share is done when that share is sold. If you intend to calculate the profit of a share before selling it, the profit calculation is done when the stock market is open, with the price of the last transaction and when the market is closed, with the closing price.
The price difference between the closing price and the price of the last transaction is very important to determine the right time to buy and sell. In most cases, traders consider the closing price for buying and selling a share, not the price of the last transaction, and the reason for this is that the closing price is the basis for starting the next day’s trading.
For example, if the closing price of a share has grown by 0.5%, but the price of the last transaction experienced an increase of 5% and the share is locked in the buying queue, it is better not to buy the transaction. The reason for recommending not to buy in such a situation is that if you succeed and buy a share, the future price of this trading symbol will be lower than the price at which you bought the share, and even if during the entire trading day, it is at its price ceiling. trade, you will still be approximately at the break-even point of the share price with your purchase price.
In this article, we examined the types of prices in the financial markets and examined two of the most important prices, namely the price of the last transaction and the closing price, separately and in detail. We know that the closing price is the basis of the calculation of the opening price of the share and the fluctuation range on the next trading day, which is calculated according to the weighted average of the current day’s trading price, the current day’s trading volume and the volume of the share base. This price is considered as the best price for calculating the opening price of the share on the future trading day because it reduces speculations and is far from extreme fluctuations. In the end, we mentioned that this price and other information necessary to analyze and review a share can be viewed on the Rahvard website.
More than 180 years have passed since the mass consumption of Portland cement and now this product has become one of the most important building materials. Examining the global production and consumption of Portland cement means that cement, as an industrial product, has the highest production figure among all industrial products.
The word “cement” literally means “glue” and “cement” in construction materials is a glue that is able to stick sand particles (aggregate) due to mixing with water and does not dissolve in water even after hardening. This type of cement is called hydraulic cement and is basically composed of calcium oxide. This oxide combines with aluminum, silicon and iron oxides and creates mineral compounds or phases with cement properties.
Although mankind has been familiar with materials that have hydraulic properties and do not dissolve in water after hardening, it was about 230 years ago that scientific and systematic investigations were carried out on this type of mortar and the main factors of their cementity. Started.
At the beginning of the work, kilns similar to lime kilns were used to produce cement, and due to its great popularity, at the end of the 19th century, rotary kilns were invented, and now the technology is such that with the minimum possible energy consumption and manpower, capacity kilns 10,000 tons are supplied per day.
The main materials for the production of cement are: limestone and clay (silica and alumina), which are found in abundance in nature, but are not in a form that can be used directly in the production of cement.
Quicklime or calcium oxide is one of the main ingredients in making cement. Calcium oxide is obtained by baking limestone or calcium carbonate at a temperature of about one thousand degrees Celsius. This process is not done separately and in the cement production process and during the heating of lime and clay mixed powder, first the lime particles (calcium carbonate) are baked at a temperature of about 1000 degrees Celsius and turn into calcium oxide or quicklime. In this heat, the chemical water of the clay is also separated from it. At temperatures higher than 1000 degrees Celsius, calcium oxide (quick lime) is combined with silicon, aluminum and iron oxides and cement phases are formed.
This substance, which is found in most natural stones, is one of the main ingredients in making Portland cement. When silica is heated, changes occur in its crystal structure. In the cement kiln at about 1400 degrees Celsius, silica is combined with lime and silicate is formed. Ordinary clay contains large amounts of silica. The amount of silica required is 17 to 26% of the weight of cement, and if these amounts cannot be provided using ordinary clay, it can be provided using other sources.
Alumina, or pure aluminum oxide, is present in large quantities in clay. Alumina in cement making has the effect of auxiliary melting and during cement baking, it reduces the baking temperature of raw materials. In terms of cement chemistry, due to the heat inside the rotary kiln, it combines with lime and forms three calcium aluminates. The presence of this compound oxide inside the produced cement causes the cement to set faster and generate more heat when mixing cement with water. Cement mortar that contains tricalcium aluminate oxide less than 5% is resistant to sea water and other sulfated waters and does not degrade.
Like alumina, ferric oxide plays the role of melting aid in cement making and reduces the firing temperature of raw materials inside the furnace. This oxide is combined with lime in the furnace and during baking, forming the four-calcium aluminofrite compound oxide. Iron oxide is the main constituent of most iron ores; Therefore, ferric oxide is more or less present in most clay minerals, and in most raw materials for making cement. In manufactured Portland cement, its compound oxide is formed, which darkens the color of the cement. It should be noted that white cement does not contain iron oxide.
This oxide plays the role of melting aid in the baking process and should not be more than a certain amount (5%) because it does not combine with other cement compounds and does not enter the cement phases and remains free in the cement. Considering that MgO combines with water very slowly after taking cement mortar and leads to volumetric expansion. As a result, hairline cracks are created in cement mortar and concrete, which causes their destruction over time. Therefore, magnesium oxide should not be more than 5% by weight in cement.

Sodium and potassium play a softening role in the cement production process and their amount should not be more than 1% of its weight. The amount of chlorine in all cements should be less than 0.1% by weight due to its destructive role in concrete. The acceptable amount of sulfuric anhydride in Portland, Robar, and Pozzolanic cements depends on their specific surface area. If their specific surface area is between 2000 and 4000 square centimeters per gram, it is 3.5 percent by weight of cement and if the specific surface area of cement exceeds 4000 square centimeters, it is 4 percent by weight of cement. It should be noted that iron ore is added to raw materials as a smelting aid.
Based on the technology available at the cement production site, a combination of these raw materials is brought to the production unit.
At this stage, the raw materials entering the production unit are placed in the primary mill or combined.
After grinding the raw materials and mixing them together, these materials are placed in the raw material storage unit to be transferred to the next stage.
At this stage, the ground raw materials are heated in the furnace (at a temperature of 1500 degrees) (primary heating) and after heating, they are transferred to the rotary furnace. The output of the rotary thermal furnace unit is clinker or the raw material of cement production.
The clinker produced in the previous stage and stored in the clinker silo is transferred to the cement mill and gypsum and other compounds are added to the clinker. The output of this unit is the final cement.
The produced cement is now transferred to cement storage silos and stored in this unit.

(Open price)
(Close price)
(High price)
(Low price)
