اما داراییهای غیرقابل معاوضه، منحصربهفرد بوده و قابل تعویض با دارایی مشابه خود نیستند. به عنوان مثال، دو اثر هنری، هیچگاه دقیقا مثل هم نبوده و با یکدیگر قابل تعویض نیستند. سنگهای قیمتی، فرشهای دستبافت و تابلوهای نقاشی همگی جزء داراییهای غیرقابل معاوضه هستند.
توکن NFT توکنی است که با استفاده از تکنولوژی بلاکچین، نوعی دارایی دیجیتال ایجاد میکند که قابل تکثیر نیست. ان اف تیها منحصربهفرد بوده و هر یک از آنها، خواص و ویژگیهای خاص خود را داشته و قابلیت تعویض با دیگر NFTها را ندارد.
توکن NFT به عنوان گواهی دیجیتالی برای داراییهایی دیجیتالی صادر میشود. این توکنها که به صورت آنلاین خرید و فروش میشوند، بیشتر با کمک ارزهای رمزنگاری شده و معمولاً با همان نرم افزارهای زیربنایی مانند بسیاری از رمزارزها کدگذاری میشوند.
NFT یک قرارداد کاملا هوشمند است که با استفاده از نرمافزارهای منبعباز تولید شده و برای ایمنی بیشتر، این قرارداد به صورت دیجیتالی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. مهمترین اشکال ان اف تیها به صورت Jpegs، gif، فیلم یا توئیت هستند. تمام داراییهای دیجیتالی به درخواست صاحب آنها میتوانند به NFT تبدیل شوند.

فعالیت اکوسیستم NFT ابتدا در سال ۲۰۱۷ با کریپتوپانکها (CryptoPunks) و کریپتوکیتیها (CryptoKitties) شروع شد. امروزه NFT به حوزههای مختلفی راه یافته و همچنان در حال توسعه است. کریپتوپانکها که در اوایل سال ۲۰۱۷ بر بستر اتریوم به وجود آمدند.
کریپتوبانکها در حقیقت مجموعه شخصیتهای پیکسلی بودند و در حدود ۱۰ هزار مورد منحصربهفرد را تشکیل میدادند. آنها در ابتدا رایگان بودند اما بعد از استقبال کاربران، نقششان در پروژه کاملا تغییر کرد. افزایش میزان علاقه و توجه مردم، ثبات بیشتری به NFT داد و باعث شد تا امروز ادامه پیدا کند.
قبل از پیدایش توکنهای غیرقابل تعویض، اگرچه قانون کپیرایت وجود داشت، ولی کپی کردن غیرقانونی آثار هنری دیجیتال، تقریبا امری آسان بود. توسعه NFTها، کاربردهای زیادی در زمینه آثار هنری کریپتویی، آیتمهای کلکسیونی دیجیتال، املاک و مستغلات، امور مالی و لجستیک و بسیاری حوزههای دیگر دارد.
بدین ترتیب، با استفاده از توکنهای غیرقابل تعویض، میتوان اعتبار و صحت بسیاری از کالاهای منحصربهفرد و کلکسیونی را اثبات کرد. در ادامه به برخی از کاربردهای NFT میپردازیم :
توکنهای غیر مثلی به حل مشکلات قدیمی کمیاب بودن آثار دیجیتال کمک کردهاند. هنر کریپتویی بخش عمدهای از ارزش خود را مدیون تعیین دیجیتالی اعتبار و مالکیت خود است. اگرچه همه میتوانند کاراکترهای CryptoPunk که بر بستر بلاکچین اتریوم است را مشاهده و بررسی کنند و تصاویر آن را هم ذخیره کنند، اما نمیتوانند مدعی شوند که مالک آن هستند.
فضای بازی و گیمینگ از تقاضای بسیار زیادی برای آیتمهای منحصر به فردی برخوردار است که قابل معامله باشند. کمیاب بودن این آیتمها تاثیر مستقیم بر قیمت آنها دارد. گیمرها نیز با ایده آیتمهای دیجیتالی و ارزشمند آشنا هستند. ریزتراکنشها و خریدهای داخل بازی، صنعت گیمینگ چند میلیارد دلاری ایجاد کردهاست که میتواند از فناوری بلاکچین و NFTها بهرهمند شود.
توکنهای بازیهای رایانهای ترکیبی از هنر، ویژگی کلکسیونی و کاربردهای مختلف را برای گیمرها به همراه دارند. هرچند هنوز در خصوص پیادهسازی و استفاده از توکنهای غیرمثلی در بازیهای رایانهای بزرگ فاصله زیادی باقی مانده است.
همانند عکس یا ویدئو، میتوانید فایل صوتی را نیز به NFT ضمیمه کنید تا قطعه موسیقی کلکسیونی ایجاد شود. یکی از مشکلات بزرگ موسیقیدانان، دریافت سهم عادلانهای از فروش آثار خود است. اما حداقل دو روش برای دستیابی به یک نتیجه متعادل و مناسب وجود دارد :
پلتفرمهای پخش موسیقی بر بستر بلاکچین و رصد و پیگیری حق فروش بر بستر بلاکچین. رقابت با شرکتهای بزرگ و معروف موسیقی در خصوص سرویسهای پخش موسیقی برای پروژههای کوچک بلاکچین دشوار است. در این بین، پروژههای کوچکتر تصمیم میگیرند عمدتا با هنرمندان مستقل همکاری کنند.
ترکیب موسیقی با NFT ها یک ایده بسیار عالی برای استفاده از حوزه توکنهای غیر قابل تعویض است، اما بدون پشتیبانی شرکتهای معروف موسیقی ممکن است با مشکلات مختلفی مواجه شود.

ارزهای دیجیتال در واقع توکنهای قابل معاوضه هستند اما NFTها همانطور که در بالا اشاره کردیم، توکنهای غیرقابل معاوضه هستند. اگرچه تکنولوژی ساخت این دو نوع توکن یکسان است، زیرساخت کدگذاری شده ان اف تی، مشابه ارزهای دیجیتال است. اما تفاوتهایی بین آنها وجود دارد که عبارت است از :
توکنهای قابل معاوضه، قابلیت تقسیم به واحدهای کوچکتر دارند اما توکنهای غیرقابل معاوضه چنین امکانی ندارند و هر یک از آنها، کوچکترین واحد محسوب میشوند. همه توکنهای قابل معاوضه، خصوصیات یکسانی دارند. اما توکنهای غیرقابل معاوضه، منحصربهفرد بوده و هر یک از آنها ویژگیها و خواص خود را دارند.
NFTها مشابه ارزهای دیجیتال ذخیره و منتقل میشوند، با این تفاوت که هر واحد از توکنهای NFT، ویژگی منحصربهفرد خود را دارد و با واحد دیگر همارزش نیست. اصلیترین چیزی که باعث میشود یک NFT با سایر داراییهای دیجیتال متمایز باشد، این است که مالکیت آن بر روی بلاکچین (یک پایگاه داده غیرقابل تغییر) ثبت میشود و هیچکس نمیتواند این مالکیت را نقض کند.
همچنین، NFTها مانند ارزهای دیجیتال (توکنهای مثلی) بر روی کیف پول مالک ذخیره میشوند و انتقال آنها با یک تراکنش ساده در عرض چند ثانیه امکانپذیر است. بهعبارت دیگر، به کمکNFTها برای فروش یک دارایی دیجیتال، دیگر نیاز به طیکردن فرایندهای زمانبر نیست.
اولین کاری که باید برای ساخت و فروش NFT انجام دهید، انتخاب یک پلتفرم فروش و یک پلتفرم پرداخت است. پلتفرمهای آنلاین زیادی وجود دارند که از طریق آنها میتوانید NFT بسازید و بفروشید. پلتفرمهای محبوب حراج NFT عبارتند از : OpenSea، Rarible، SuperRare، Nifty Gateway، Foundation، VIV3، BakerySwap، Axie Marketplace و NFT ShowRoom.
پلتفرمهای پرداخت NFT نیز فراوان هستند و میتوانید از گزینههای محبوبی مانند Coinbase، MetaMask، Torus، Portis، WalletConnect، MyEtherWallet و Fortmatic استفاده کنید. میتوانید از هریک از پلتفرمهای ذکر شده در بالا و بسیاری موارد دیگر را استفاده کنید. روند کلی کار در تمامی موارد مشابه است، اما پیشنهاد میکنیم همیشه هزینههایی که از شما دریافت میشود را به دقت بررسی کنید. روند کار شامل این مراحل است :
توکن NFT یک دارایی با امضای دیجیتالی از طرف سازنده آن است که با کمک رمز در هر سرور، مرورگر یا سیستمعامل احراز هویت را انجام میدهد و آن را به روشی غیرمتمرکز تأیید میکند. بنابراین، در این فضا هیچ سازمانی مسئول میزبانی NFT نیست.
به عنوان مثال، اگر یک NFT برای بلیت یک کنسرت ساخته شود، لازم نیست آن بلیت از طریق پلتفرمهای فروش بلیت تأیید شود، چرا که به سادگی امکان تأیید آن در شبکه بلاکچین فراهم است.
کمیاب بودن : یکی از دلایل ارزشمند شدن توکنهای NFT، ویژگی کمیاب بودن این توکنهاست. توسعه دهندگان توکن NFT میتوانند به راحتی، هر تعداد که دلشان خواست توکن تولید کنند، اما برای حفظ ارزش توکن NFT، تولید آن به صورت محدود صورت میگیرد.
تقسیم نشدنی : اغلب توکنهای NFT قابلیت تقسیم شدن ندارند و به واحد کوچکتری تقسیم نمیشوند. شما یا باید کل یک اثر دیجیتالی را خریداری کنید یا به طور کلی از خرید آن صرف نظر کنید.
یکتایی : یکتایی یکی از مهمترین ویژگیهای توکن NFT است. توکنهای NFT دارای زبانه tab هستند و این نشانه ثبات اطلاعات و یکتا بودن و گواهی اصالت آنهاست.
قابل معامله و انتقال : اگرچه توکنهای ان اف تی در بازارهای خاصی خرید و فروش میشوند، اما معامله آنها بسیار سریع و آسان صورت میپذیرد. توکنهای NFT روی کیف پولهای دیجیتالی در موبایل و کامپیوتر شخصی، در صرافیها به راحتی انتقال داده شده و معامله میشوند. با استفاده از توکن NFT میتوانید یک آیتم بازی، بلیط یا هر دارایی دیجیتالی دیگری را به پول نقد تبدیل کرده یا آن را بخرید.
اصیل و جعل ناپذیر : توکنهای NFT مبتنی بر بلاکچین طراحی شده و دارای اصالت هستند. توکنهایی مبتنی بر تکنولوژی بلاکچین ساخته میشوند، درصد جعلی بودنشان تقریبا نزدیک به صفر است. این یعنی توکن NFT تا حد زیادی از خطر سرقت و کلاهبرداری در امان است. با وجود این ویژگی، شما میتوانید لایسنس محصول دیجیتالی مدنظر خود را بخرید یا بفروشید.
از آنجایی که توکنهای NFT از امنیت بیشتری برخوردار هستند، توسعه آنها به مراتب کندتر از توکنهای قابل معاوضه صورت میگیرد. بر همین اساس، توسعه نرمافزارهای مربوط به توکنهای NFT گرانقیمتتر و پیچیدهتر است. شبکههایی مثل NFT که غیرمتمرکز هستند، هنوز چندان مورد پسند همه کاربران قرار نگرفتهاند.

با استفاده از توکنهای ان اف تی، گیمرها و کلکسیونرها میتوانند مالکان تغییرناپذیر آیتمهای داخل بازی و سایر سرمایههای یکتا باشند و از آنها پول کسب کنند. در بعضی موارد، بازیکنان میتوانند سازههایی مانند پارکها را در دنیای مجازی بسازند و از آن کسب درآمد کنند، مانند بازیهای Sandbox و .Decentraland همچنین، بازیکنان میتوانند آیتمهای دیجیتال تکی را که هنگام بازی به دست میآورند در بازارهای ثانویه بفروشند، مانند کاستومها (لباسهای داخل بازی)، آواتارها و ارزهای داخل بازی.
هنرمندان میتوانند آثار دیجیتال خود را بهطور مستقیم به مخاطبان و بدون نیاز به حراجیها در سراسر دنیا بفروشند و از این طریق سهم بیشتری از سود حاصل از فروش را برای خود نگه دارند. همچنین، حق تألیف نیز میتواند به صورت هنر دیجیتال برنامهنویسی شود و هر بار که اثر هنری به مشتری جدیدی فروخته میشود، خالق اثر درصدی از سود فروش را دریافت میکند.
از نظر تئوری، هرکس میتواند توکن NFT خود را تولید کرده و آن را بفروشد. در ادامه، تعدادی از پروژههای مبتنی بر NFT که فروش چند میلیون دلاری داشتهاند را معرفی میکنیم :
به عنوان مثال، در ۱۹ فوریه، یک گیف کارتنی از نیان کت (Nyan Cat)، بیش از ۵۰۰ هزار دلار فروخته شد. در واقع، نیان کت اسم انیمیشنی است که در سال ۲۰۱۱ اکران شد و اکنون تصویر آن در اینترنت وایرال شده است. تصویر این گیف که در فوریه با این قیمت فروخته شده، گربه در حال حرکتی را نشان میدهد که حین حرکت از خود یک رد رنگین کمانی به جای میگذارد.
موسیقیدان گرایمز (Grimes) که همسر فعلی ایلان ماسک نیز هست، چندین قطعه اثر هنری دیجیتالی را در حراج فروخته است و در مجموع ۶ میلیون دلار سرمایه جمع کردهاست. صاحبان جدید این قطعههای موسیقی اجازه داده اند که این قطعات به صورت آنلاین در دسترس همه قرار بگیرد.
توکنهای NFT مختص کارهای هنری نیست و میتواند شامل موضوعات دیگر نیز باشد. چندی پیش مدیر عامل توییتر، جک دورسی، اعلام کرد که قصد دارد اولین توییت خود را بهعنوان یک توکن غیرقابل معاوضه بهفروش بگذارد.
برخی از افراد معتقدند که داشتن این توکن میتواند بیشتر بهعنوان یک یادگاری بهجای بماند. این توکن با قیمتگذاری پایه ۲.۵ میلیون دلاری بسته شد و در نهایت یک ایرانی نخستین توئیت تاریخ را خرید. در واقع، سینا استوی، مدیر عامل شرکت بلاکچین بریج اوراکل این توکن را به قیمت ۲.۹ میلیون دلار از جک دورسی خریداری کرد.
علاوه بر اینها، اخیرا توکن نقاشی بیپل (Beeple) با قیمت سرسامآور ۶۹ میلیون دلار در حراج کریستی (Christie) به فروش رفت. این اثر که «همه روز : ۵۰۰۰ روز اول» نام دارد و خالق آن بیپل (Beeple) است، حاوی ۵۰۰۰ تصویر دیجیتالی است که بیپل در ۱۳ سال گذشته آنها را خلق کردهاست.
این روزها فضای NFT با سرعت بسیار زیادی در حال رشد است و پروژههای مبتنی بر توکنهای آن رو به افزایش و فراگیری است. این پروژهها شامل محصولات متعددی از گیمینگ گرفته تا دیگر بازارهای متنوع دیجیتالی میشوند. برخی از پروژههای برتر NFT به شرح زیر است :
در این بازار میتوانید هم توکنهای NFT مورد نظر خود را خرید و فروش کنید، هم توکنهای خاص خودتان را بسازید. خریداران با بهرهمندی از این پلتفرم میتوانند بخشی یا لایهای از اثر هنری را مال خود کنند و خالقان آثار، میتوانند به سهولت در کالای تولید شده خود تغییرات مد نظر را اعمال کنند.
کریپتوکیتیز (CryptoKitties) نوعی بازی در فضای مجازی است که بر مبنای بلاکچین کار میکند. کاربران در این بازی امکان خرید، پرورش، فروش و ایجاد کلکسیونی قیمتی از گربههای متنوع را خواهند داشت. این پروژه بیش از ۱٫۵ میلیون کاربر دارد و بیش از ۴۰ میلیون دلار تراکش در آن صورت گرفته است. برخی از کیتیز یا همان گربهها، دارای قیمتهایی لوکس، مثلا ۳۰۰ هزار دلاری هستند. البته میانگین قیمتی این حیوانات مجازی ۶۵.۷۶ دلار است.
توکن تتا (Theta)، چیلیز ( Chiliz)، دیسنترالند (Decentraland) و چند عنوان دیگر، از مشهورترین توکنهای NFT به حساب میآیند که در ادامه به شرح برخی از آنها میپردازیم :
دیسنترالند که مبتنی بر بلاکچین اتریوم است، از توکن اصلی MANA و توکن دومی به اسم LAND استفاده میکند. هر توکن LAND مربوط به یک قطعه زمین در گیم میشود و با توکن MANA میتوان اقلام مختلف بازی را خریداری کرد .ّ
پلتفرم دیسنترالند، امکان کسب درآمد و تجربه از طریق محتوا و اپلیکیشن را فراهم کردهاست. کسانی که وارد این پروژه میشوند و مشارکت میکنند، از این امکان برخوردار خواهند بود تا زمینی را به صورت مجازی خریداری کرده با بفروشند.ساکنان حاضر در این بازی، برای احراز هویت، پاسپورت دیجیتالی مخصوصی دارند.
پروژه تتا یکی از بهترین و معروفترین توکنهای غیرقابل معاوضه NFT است. پروژه تتا شبکهای است که بیشتر بر روی محتواهای ویدیویی تمرکز دارد و فضای مشخصی را جهت به اشتراکگذاری ویدیوها فراهم کردهاست. این فضا به صورت غیرمتمرکز فعال است. کسانی که از شبکه و پروژه تتا استفاده میکنند، میتوانند به صورت همتا به همتا به اشتراکگذاری پهنای باند و توان محاسباتی خود بپردازند.
در میان توکنهای غیرقابل معاوضه NFT، چیلیز یکی از مهمترین توکنهای در حال توسعه است. چیلیز یک پلتفرم بلاکچینمحور و مبتنی بر اتریوم است که به تازگی ۵۰ میلیون دلار بابت گسترش پروژه خود سرمایهگذاری کردهاست.
پلتفرم توکن چیلیز به موسسات ورزشی این امکان را میدهد تا در بستر بلاکچین و با استفاده از تکنولوژی به کسب درآمد از طریق هواداران بپردازند. CHZ توکن اختصاصی چیلیز است و با توجه به پیشرفت و سودآوری که در سال گذشته از این توکن به دست آمده، به نظر میرسد که یکی از بهترین انتخابها برای سرمایهگذاری در سال ۲۰۲۱ باشد.
همانطور که در بخشهای قبل بیان کردیم، فضای گیمینگ از تقاضای بسیار زیادی برای آیتمهای منحصر به فرد قابل معامله برخوردار است. اگرچه هنوز در خصوص پیادهسازی و استفاده از توکنهای غیرمثلی در بازیهای رایانهای بزرگ فاصله زیادی باقی است، اما در این بین، پروژههای بزرگی در صدد ایجاد و استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین در بازیهای خود هستند. بازیهای Axie Infinity و Battle Pets مشابه بازی پوکمون (Pokemon) هستند که دارای آیتمها و حیوانات خانگی قابل معاملهاند. همچنین، میتوانید از بازارهای دیگر نیز به خرید و فروش توکنهای مورد نظر خود بپردازید.
توکنهای NFT در بازیهای بلاکچینی ممکن است نقش تزئینی داشته باشند؛ اما بسیاری از آنها دارای کاربردهای مختلف نیز هستند. هر کدام از حیوانات خانگی بازی Axie Infinity مجموعهای از قابلیتهای مبارزه را در اختیار دارند. این قابلیتها بر ارزش حیوان مورد نظر نیز تأثیرگذار است. یک کریپتوکیتی صرفا به دلیل قابلیت تولیدمثل میتواند به شدت ارزشمند باشد. تعیین ارزش هر حیوان خانگی به مجموعهای از ویژگیهای ظاهری و کاربردی آن بستگی دارد.
NFT توکنی است که با استفاده از تکنولوژی بلاکچین، نوعی دارایی دیجیتال ایجاد میکند که قابل تکثیر نیست. NFTها منحصربهفرد بوده و هر یک از آنها، خواص و ویژگیهای خاص خود را دارند. توکنهای NFT امروزه در حوزههای مختلفی چون املاک و مستغلات، آثار هنری، موسیقی، بازیهای رایانهای و بسیاری حوزههای دیگر کاربرد دارند.
قبلاً در مقاله «نظریه داو در تحلیل تکنیکال» گفتیم که این نظریه بر چند اصل استوار است. یکی از مهمترین این اصول آن است که همه عوامل بنیادی خودشان را در نمودار قیمت نشان میدهند. این اصل پایه روشی برای تحلیل است که به پرایس اکشن (Price Action) شهرت دارد.
با این توضیح درمییابیم که پرایس اکشن روشی است کاملاً تکنیکال که از نمودار قیمت و تاریخچه آن کمک میگیرد. معروف است که در پرایس اکشن سؤال اصلی تحلیلگر این نیست که چه اتفاقی در حال رخ دادن است. بلکه او از خودش میپرسد چرا این اتفاق میافتد؟

معمولاً معاملهگران پرایس اکشن (Price Action Trader) روی نمودار ۳ تا ۶ ماهه گذشته تمرکز میکنند و یک شعار اساسی دارند: «نمودار خود را ساده نگه دار!».
آنها معتقدند استفاده از ابزارهای زیاد نهتنها کمکی به معاملهگر نمیکند، بلکه خیلی مواقع با گیج کردن او مانع تصمیمگیریهای درست میشود. این موضوع تا حدی پیش میرود که به نمودارهایی که این معاملهگران استفاده میکنند نمودارهای برهنه یا نمودار معاملات پاک گفته میشود. همانطور که گفته شد در این نمودارها خبری از اندیکاتور و ابزارهای دیگر نیست.
«ریچارد وایکاف» اولین کسی بود که روش پرایس اکشن را مطرح کرد. او این نظریه را براساس اصول اقتصاد و علوم اجتماعی بنیان گذاشت. نظریه وایکاف نهتنها از نظر تکنیکالی درست به نظر میرسید، بهنوعی بر رفتارشناسی معاملهگران هم استوار بود. به همین دلیل مورد استقبال قرار گرفت.
یک پرایس اکشن تریدر باید اصول اولیه استفاده از نمودارها را بداند. اصولی مثل حمایت، مقاومت و خطوط روند.
سطوح مقاومت و حمایت محدودههایی هستند که قیمت در مواجهه با آنها واکنش نشان میدهد. این سطوح پس از آنکه میشکنند میتوانند به یکدیگر تبدیل شوند.
فرض کنید انتظار داریم که قیمت از محدوده هزار تومان بالاتر نرود. دلیلمان هم این است که در گذشته هر بار قیمت به این سطح برخورد کردهاست بیش از آن رشد نکرده و به سمت پایین نزول کردهاست. پس محدوده هزار تومان برای این سهم یک محدوده مقاومتی است.
حالا اگر قیمت این محدوده را بشکند و بیش از آن رشد کند همین محدوده تبدیل به یک محدوده حمایت میشود که انتظار داریم قیمت از آن کمتر نشود. البته حمایتها و مقاومتها همیشگی نیستند. بلکه باید آنها را در یک تایمفریم زمانی مشخص بررسی کرد.
یک ضربالمثل انگلیسی هست که میگوید «چاقویی که در حال افتادن است را نگیر!». تریدرها از این ضربالمثل استفاده میکنند تا نشان دهند که چقدر مهم است که یک معاملهگر روند قیمت را شناسایی کند و بهاصطلاح با آن دوست شود. یکی از اصولی که هر تریدری باید بیاموزد این است که سعی نکند با روند بازار بجنگد. بلکه باید به آن تن بدهد.
